Reservations
Unless otherwise specified, these are our reservation terms:
1. Reservations and payments must be made at least 3 days prior to the event or within the specified deadline dates.
2. Tickets will not be mailed out unless specifically stated. Your name will be at the door.

Payment Options

    P.O. Box 5112, Santa Monica, CA 90409-5112.
2. Call 310-578-8888 with your Visa or MasterCard, expiration date, full name and phone number.
3. Click the credit card button beneath the event of your choice to access the secure PayPal payment application.

Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all cancellations made within 48 hours prior to an event will receive full credit toward another function (if used within 6 months). No credits will be given if cancellation is made less than 48 hours, but you may sell your spot and notify us of a name change. Early reservations and notification of a cancellation is extremely helpful in planning fun, reasonably priced events. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

About our Activities
Our organized events are offered to our members as part of their membership. Non-members are welcome to join us once or twice to "check us out," however, please respect the fact that these events have been organized for those women who are actively supporting Women On A Roll. If you enjoy participating in any of our activities, please consider joining. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Privacy Statement
Women On A Roll collects contact and e-mail information when you sign-up as a member and when you give your e-mail address to access our web site. WOAR will not sell, assign or rent your personal information to any 3rd party other than organizations we partner with for the special events you choose to attend.
