MOCA
Art & Bladerunner Hike

11:00 am sharp
We will meet at the entrance of the beautiful MOCA Contemporary Art
museum in LA and spend two hours enjoying this little treasure and each
other. Jennifer will lead this art adventure and the Bladerunner Tour
after. We'll share lots of art and enjoy lunch at the Grand Central
Market.
For those who have never
visited, this is your opportunity to experience this treat with new
friends. We had 60 of us at the Getty Villa and this trip
should be just as fun!
Those wanting a little more
fun in the sun can join us for a ¾ mile Bladerunner tour city walk to
the Bradburry Building and Million Dollar Movie Theater. We'll also pop
over to the historic Angeles Flight funicular railway as well.
Bring water, hat, windbreaker
and sunscreen for our hike, and a camera for the museum and Bladerunner
tour. Both tours are very photogenic. No dogs for this adventure.

Cancellation
Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all cancellations made within 48
hours prior to an event will receive a full credit toward another event
if used within six months. Credits will not be given if cancellation is
made with less than 48 hours notice. However, you may sell your spot
and notify us of a name change. Early reservations and notification of
a cancellation is extremely helpful in planning fun, high quality and
reasonably priced events. Thank you for your understanding and

Book Group
The group reads one book per month and
hosts gatherings for members to enjoy stimulating conversation with
like-minded women. The group meets on the first Sunday of every month
at members' homes in various locations. This is a free service offered

Salon
Join us for a monthly conversation salon on the fourth Thursday in
Toluca Lake at 7:30 p.m. The discussion group will be held in a private
home and will include a wide range of topics to be voted on each month.

Geographically Desirable Friends (GDF)
Ever wonder if the girl next door is a lesbian? GDF is a fun way to get
to know your neighbors while dining out! Meet new friends or potential
dates who live or work close to you in this series of brunches,
luncheons and dinners. Open to singles and couples; each will be easily
identified by nametags. Watch the upcoming events section - we'll be
coming to a restaurant near you soon!
Singles Events
We host a variety of unique events geared toward single women. These
include QuickMatch Dating (speed dating), Singles Mixers and Dinner
Dating (rotation after every course). These events are very popular and
offer an easy and comfortable way to meet potential dates!
Hike
WOAR offers a monthly hike at various locations around Los Angeles,
Ventura and Orange Counties.
