WOAR Fitness Advisory Board Member Terri West takes us on a beautiful scenic hike at Escondido Falls in Malibu. Anyone who lives in LA and enjoys waterfalls should visit this two-tier 200-foot beauty. The early part of the year is the best time to visit, when the falls are at their fullest. Before returning back down the trail, relax under the falls and enjoy the feeling of being worlds away from the city below! Dogs on leash are welcome.
